Vegetable paratha

Ingredients:
1/4 cup wheat flour
1.5 Tbsp bell pepper
2 tsp coriander leaves
1.5 Tbsp carrots
2 tsp beans
1.5 Tbsp Mung dahl
2 tsp onions
2 tsp cabbage
1/2 tsp ghee

Preparation:
Make the dough with the flour by adding the flour to a bowl and then slowly drizzling in water as you mix it with your fingers to make a just slightly sticky dough then set it aside for ½ hour
Cook the mung dahl and blend it is a mixer
Grate the vegetables saute in ghee for 5 minutes
Mix the dahl and veggies
Roll out 2 very thin chapattis
Stuff the chapatti with some vegetables
Cover this layer with the second thin chapatti
Cook on a pre-heated pan on both sides till golden brown

2nd option
make dough and set aside as above
cook mung and saute the veggies
put dahl and veggies in mixer and mix for a moment
pour into dough and mix well, might need to add a tiny bit more flour
roll into chapattis and cook on each side until golden
If agni is strong you can add a touch of ghee on the chapatti after cooking on both sides
