Channa Roti

Ingredients: 
2 cups  Besan/Chana/Chickpea flour
2 pinches Pink Himalayan salt
Warm water

Preparation:
Roast the chana flour for few minutes in a pan
Put it in a bowl
Add warm water slowly to the flour and knead it
Keep it aside for ½ an hour
Divide the dough into smaller than golf ball size balls and roll them out individually into thin roti with a roller placing some flour down to not have it stick to the table or roller
Roast the rotion a heated pan or tava and make sure to flip it and cook both sides till it is cooked completely.
Dab on a little ghee.
