Mint Chutney 2

Ingredients :

1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 medium Onion chopped
1 medium Tomato chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp grated Coconut
Salt to taste
Pinch of Turmeric

To roast:
1  1/2 Tbsp Channa dahl
2 Red chilis
1/2 tsp Oil

To temper:
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Urad dahl
1 stem of curry leaves
Pinch of Asafetida powder

Heat a pan with oil and cook the tempering items above
Then add channa dahl and red chili and roast till dahl turns golden brown.
Add mint leaves to it and cook until the mint leaves cook down
Then add the onion and tomato and fry till onion turns transparent and tomatoes turn soft
Add the turmeric, coconut, and salt
Put it all in a blender after it cools with a little water according to your desired consistency
